- Who owns the accounts?
- You do. Every account is in your business's name, and you pay each provider directly. The Business Brain is plain files that stay with you. If you stop working with us, you keep everything. There is no lock-in.
- Where does our data go?
We choose models by your data rules. Sensitive customer, health, legal, and financial data stays with vetted frontier providers or runs as private AI on your own hardware. Routine, non-sensitive work goes to low-cost models.
We tell you where each kind of data goes before we set anything up.
- What do the low-cost models cost?
- The low-cost model account has no subscription. It bills per use from a prepaid balance that you fund, and we set a spending cap on the account during setup. The cost depends on how much you use it.
- What does the after-hours receptionist cost each month to run?
- We charge no monthly fee for the receptionist. The upkeep plan stays optional. You pay the voice platform directly, and it bills by usage, so your monthly cost depends on your call volume. Our only charge is the$1,500 one-time setup.
- Can you text my past customers?
- Only customers who gave documented consent to receive texts, as US law requires. Text messages are a $500 add-on to lead reactivation. Text messages go out from a texting account in your name, and you pay its usage fees directly. Customers without that consent get email only, and every email includes your postal address and an opt-out. Emails go out from your own email marketing account. If you don't have one, we set one up in your name, and you pay its fee directly.
- What is the difference between the workshop and the five-day training?
The ai workshop is a half day, $995, for up to 10 people at your location in the Twin Cities metro. Your team uses the AI tools you already pay for, or free versions if you don't pay for any yet, on real work, and each person keeps a written handout.
The five-day self-sufficiency training costs $5,000. Your staff learn to run and maintain the AI systems we set up, and your team keeps a written runbook.
- Do we need special hardware?
- Only for private AI. Frontier models, low-cost models, and the Business Brain run on the computers you have. Private AI needs a computer with enough memory and processing power for the model you choose. If you want private AI, the review plan names the hardware.
- What are the contract terms?
- Each paid step has a short written agreement that states the scope and the price. The scope limits on the pricing page appear in every quote.
- Can we cancel upkeep?
- Yes. The upkeep plan runs month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
- What happens after training?
- Your team runs and maintains the systems without outside help, with the written runbook from the training. If you want help later, you can call us or start an upkeep plan.
- Do you work outside the Twin Cities?
- Yes. We serve businesses across Minnesota. Consultations happen by phone or in person, and training takes place at your site in Minnesota.
- Is the first call really free?
- Yes. The consultation takes 30 minutes, by phone or in person, and costs nothing. You decide afterward whether to order the $500 review and plan.
