What we set up for your business

We build your AI stack around how you already work. These are the five kinds of work we do, with plain examples of each. You can also buy three single services on their own.

Your Business Brain

Your AI knows how your business runs, and it gets better with every job. The Business Brain is a self-improving second brain for your business. It holds your procedures, products, decisions, client history, and lessons learned, kept as plain files you own.

Your AI agents read the Business Brain before they act. After each job, they add what they learned, so their answers improve over time. You and your staff can read and edit every file.

Examples of the work:

  • Write down how you quote a job, so every quote follows the same steps.
  • Keep product details, prices, and policies in one place your AI agents read.
  • Record key decisions and the reasons for them, so new staff learn them fast.
  • Capture a fix or a client preference once, so every agent uses it next time.

Frontier and low-cost models, with smart model routing

You get the right AI for each task, and your running costs stay low. Smart model routing sends every task to the least expensive model that does it well. Frontier models handle only the work that needs them, so your inference costs (what you pay per AI request) stay low.

  • Frontier AI models are the most capable AI models available. They handle writing, analysis, and work that needs judgment. We set up access and a seat for each person who needs one.
  • Low-cost models are fast, inexpensive models for high-volume routine work such as sorting, summarizing, and first drafts. The account has no subscription. It bills per use from a prepaid balance, and we set a spending cap during setup.

We choose models by your data rules. Sensitive customer, health, legal, and financial data stays with vetted frontier providers or runs as private AI on your own hardware. Routine, non-sensitive work goes to low-cost models. We tell you where each kind of data goes before we set anything up.

You pay each provider directly. No lock-in: you own every account and every file.

Examples of the work:

  • Draft proposals, letters, and replies in your own voice with a frontier model.
  • Summarize long documents and call notes into a short list of next steps.
  • Sort and tag a large volume of routine messages with a low-cost model.

AI agents and agentic workflows

Your routine work gets done around the clock, and you stay in control. AI agents do real work inside the tools you already use: they answer inquiries, draft quotes, file records, and follow up. They run 24/7, and a person approves anything that touches customers or money.

We find the tasks your business most needs handled, then build the agentic workflows that do them. An agentic workflow is a series of steps that an AI agent carries out from start to finish. A person approves anything that touches customers or money.

Examples of the work:

  • Answer inquiry emails with the right information and collect what you need.
  • Send follow-ups after a quote or a visit, so no lead goes quiet.
  • Draft quotes, reports, and routine documents for a person to review and send.

Full service: an AI agent for each area of work

Each area of your business gets its own AI agent. In full service, a dedicated agent handles each area of work, and every agent reads and adds to the same Business Brain. The review plan names each agent, and the quote prices each one.

Examples of the work:

  • A sales agent that tracks leads and drafts follow-ups.
  • An operations agent that prepares schedules and weekly reports.
  • An office agent that summarizes calls and files the notes in the Business Brain.

Private AI (optional)

Your most sensitive data never leaves your building. Private AI runs open-weight models (models you can download and run yourself) on hardware you own. We recommend it for private work, and we size the hardware in the review plan.

Examples of the work:

  • Summarize internal records that must stay on site.
  • Search and answer questions about your own files without sending them out.

Single services

You can buy each of these on its own, without a setup.

After-hours AI receptionist

Calls that come in after you close get answered, booked, and summarized, instead of going to voicemail.

The AI receptionist answers your phone line during the hours your business is closed. It answers common questions from a script you approve, and it books appointments into one calendar. After each call, it emails your staff a summary. It transfers urgent calls to an on-call number you choose.

Setup costs $1,500, one time. It covers one phone line at one location and one round of script changes within the first 30 days. You pay the voice platform directly. It bills by usage, so your monthly cost depends on your call volume. The receptionist can also be one of the three AI agents in the $2,000 base setup, instead of a separate purchase.

Text message summaries to your staff are a $250 add-on. Texts need US carrier registration, which takes about two weeks before texts can go out.

AI workshop

Your team leaves using AI for real work that same afternoon.

We spend four hours at your location in the Twin Cities metro with up to 10 people. Your team works on real tasks with the AI tools your business already pays for, or free versions if you don't pay for any yet, and each person keeps a written handout. The workshop costs $995, and travel within the metro is included.

The workshop is the shorter option. The five-dayself-sufficiency training teaches your staff to run and maintain your AI systems without outside help.

Lead reactivation

Reach your past customers and old quotes with a reason to book again, without buying ads.

We run one campaign to up to 2,000 past customers from your own list. We write up to three emails in your business's voice, and you approve each one before anything is sent. Each email carries a booking link, and replies go to your inbox. The campaign runs for 30 days. Every email includes your postal address and an opt-out, as US law requires.

Emails go out from your own email marketing account. If you don't have one, we set one up in your name, and you pay its fee directly.

Setup costs $1,000, one time, with no ongoing fee and no per-appointment charge. Text messages are a $500 add-on. We text only customers who gave documented consent to receive texts, as US law requires. Text messages go out from a texting account in your name, and you pay its usage fees directly.
