Five steps, from a free call to running it yourself

1. Free consultation

   A 30-minute call or visit, at no cost. We learn how your business runs and tell you whether AI helps. You get a straight answer, even when the answer is no.

2. AI review and plan, $500

   We review how work gets done in your business. You get a written plan with priced recommendations, and the plan names what base setup or full service would cover. The $500 is credited toward your setup.

3. Setup: base setup or full service

   You get a working AI stack. Base setup ($2,000) covers your Business Brain, frontier and low-cost models with smart model routing, and up to three AI agents or agentic workflows. Full service adds a dedicated AI agent for each area of work. We quote it by tier, based on how many agents and workflows you need. The AI review and plan sets the tier before any work starts.

4. Upkeep, optional

   You get monitoring, fixes, model and tool updates, and small changes for $1,000 per month on a base setup. We keep the Business Brain current and tune model routing as new models arrive. It runs month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

5. Training, optional

   You get five days of on-site training for up to 10 employees, and a written runbook. After it, your team runs and maintains the systems without outside help.
