After-hours AI receptionist

- Transfers urgent calls to an on-call number you choose.
- One round of script changes within the first 30 days.

- Texts need US carrier registration, which takes about two weeks before texts can go out.
You pay the voice platform directly. It bills by usage, so your monthly cost depends on your call volume.

- Every email includes your postal address and an opt-out, as US law requires.
- Emails go out from your own email marketing account. If you don't have one, we set one up in your name, and you pay its fee directly.
- Text messages are a $500 add-on, sent only to customers who gave documented consent to receive texts, as US law requires.
- Text messages go out from a texting account in your name, and you pay its usage fees directly.
Software costs
Our prices cover our work. The AI providers bill you directly. Frontier models bill by plan and seat. Low-cost models bill per use from a prepaid balance, with no subscription. The Business Brain is plain files and needs no paid software. Private AI uses open-weight models on hardware you own.
The after-hours AI receptionist runs on a voice platform that you pay directly. It bills by usage, so your monthly cost depends on your call volume.
